Mango Passionfruit Smoothie
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients –
1 cup mango, frozen
¼ cup passionfruit, frozen or fresh
½ cup coconut cream
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
½ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Method –
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Simple Swaps / Additions
Instead of passionfruit, you can add in a frozen banana.
Swap coconut cream for plant-based or dairy milk.
Swap almond butter for peanut or cashew butter.
Swap honey for maple syrup.
