The flavour combination of mango, banana and honey is one of our favourites. We like that it’s fruity and fresh without being too intense for the morning time!


Serves: 2

Time: 10 minutes + setting time


Ingredients –

1 cup mango - cut into chunks, fresh or frozen

1 banana

1 1/2 cup plant based or dairy milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

1⁄3 cup chia seeds

Method –

Place the mango, banana, milk, almond butter, honey and vanilla into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Place the chia seeds in a bowl. Pour the mango milk over the chia seeds and stir to ensure that there are no lumps of chia seeds stuck at the bottom of the bowl.

Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to set.

To serve, divide the chia pudding between bowls and add your favourite toppings. 

Leftovers will keep in a covered bowl or airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Ingredient Swaps:

- Mango for any other fruit you have and love e.g berries or stone fruit. 
- Honey for maple syrup or date/s.
- Almond butter for peanut butter.
- Top with nut butter, fruit and your favourite granola / muesli.
