Performance Marketing Manager

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in performance marketing
A strong track record of scaling paid acquisition
Experience in direct-to-consumer and/or app-based businesses
A deep understanding of performance data and analytics
Experience driving international growth or multi-market expansion

About This Role
We’re at an exciting stage with the Two Raw Sisters app, with big goals for growth both in New Zealand and internationally. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of driving measurable growth through paid acquisition, from strategy and budget allocation, to execution, optimisation, and scaling.
Your focus will be on attracting high-quality users and delivering efficient, sustainable growth across domestic and international markets.
You’ll also own the full user funnel, using data and behavioural insights to optimise the journey. That means making sure we’re not just driving installs, but converting, engaging, and retaining users over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid acquisition
Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation across paid channels, ensuring campaigns are structured to scale efficiently and meet targets.
Drive app growth
Identify and execute market expansion opportunities through testing, localisation, and performance-led experimentation.
Optimise the app funnel
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion, engagement, and retention once users are inside the app.
Make data-informed decisions
Work closely with product and development to uncover behavioural insights, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities to improve the user journey. Use these insights to report and inform campaign decisions, prioritise experiments, and continuously improve performance.
Lead testing & experimentation
Continuously test and optimise across channels, creative, and messaging to drive incremental growth and maximise efficiency. Collaborate closely with our London-based performance agency and internal content and brand manager to refine and improve performance.
Collaborate with the wider TRS team
Work closely with young, ambitious team across product, development, and brand to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
