Performance Marketing Manager

We have a rare and exciting opportunity at Two Raw Sisters. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid growth. This is a high-impact role within a small, ambitious team so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full time role

  • Ideally you’d be based in Christchurch, however if you aren’t, don’t let this stop you from applying, we’re open to discussing options.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing

  • Strong track record of scaling paid acquisition

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer and/or app-based businesses

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing data and analytics

  • Experience driving international growth or multi-market expansion

About This Role

You will own and drive measurable growth for the Two Raw Sisters app, leading performance across paid acquisition, from strategy and budget allocation through to execution, optimisation, and scaling.

Your focus will be on acquiring high-quality users and delivering efficient, sustainable growth across both domestic and international markets.

Beyond acquisition, you will take ownership of the full app user funnel. Using data and behavioural insights, you will optimise the user journey to ensure we’re not just driving installs, but effectively converting, engaging, and retaining users over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid acquisition
Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation across paid channels, ensuring campaigns are structured to scale efficiently and meet targets.

Drive app growth
Identify and execute market expansion opportunities through testing, localisation, and performance-led experimentation.

Optimise the app funnel
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion, engagement, and retention once users are inside the app.

Make data-informed decisions
Work closely with product and development to uncover behavioural insights, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities to improve the user journey. Use these insights to inform campaign decisions, prioritise experiments, and continuously improve performance.

Lead testing & experimentation
Continuously test and optimise across channels, creative, and messaging to drive incremental growth and maximise efficiency. Collaborate closely with our London-based performance agency and internal content and brand manager to refine and improve performance.

Collaborate with the wider TRS team
Work closely with product, development, and brand to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
