What are FODMAPs?

FODMAPs are a group of fermentable carbohydrates found naturally in many common foods, including certain vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, and dairy products. These carbohydrates can be poorly absorbed in the gut and may trigger uncomfortable digestive symptoms in people with IBS.

How to know if you need the Low FODMAP Diet

The Low FODMAP Diet is recommended for individuals who have been formally diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Its goal is to help you identify food triggers that may be affecting your gut health, so you can reduce uncomfortable IBS symptoms and improve your overall quality of life.

13 Week FODMAP Course

Our 13-Week FODMAP Course is designed for people with a formal IBS diagnosis, as well as those with related conditions like endometriosis, where IBS-type symptoms—including bloating, constipation, and loose bowel movements—are common.

This course helps you confidently identify and manage your food triggers, while taking the stress, confusion, and overwhelm out of following a Low FODMAP Diet.

Before commencing the Low FODMAP Diet, we recommend consulting with a dietitian. We collaborated with Sara Widdowson, a Dietitian and Women’s Health Expert, to create the 13-week Low FODMAP Programme and encourage you to reach out to her for a consultation.
