The home of the worlds most innovative, premium freeze-dried ingredients from right here in New Zealand. We absolutely love using Fresh As because I intensifies the flavour of the ingredient by removing all of the water, therefore all your left with is flavour.

Veggie Salted Chocolate Mousse
Ice Cream



3 frozen bananas, chopped before freezing
1 frozen zucchini, chopped before freezing
1/4c coconut milk
1/3c cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
1/2c Fresh As Freeze Dried Dark Chocolate Chunks


Blend all of the ingredients (excluding Fresh As Chocolate Chunks) in a high speed blender or a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Crumble 1/3c of the Fresh As Dark Chocolate chunks, leaving some chunky bits, and fold through the ice cream.

Divide into bowls and top with remaining Fresh As Chocolate Chunks.
If you are not eating the ice cream immediately, put in a metal tin and place the freezer. Don’t store it for longer than 2 hours otherwise the ice cream will freeze and go hard.
