Not just for people on a raw diet this workshop is perfect for anyone who is conscious about what they are putting into their body and/or wanting to start a wholefood plant-based lifestyle.

22 November - Under 20mins Quick + Easy Eats - $110
6:30pm - 9:00pm

UberEats becoming all to familiar in your household? During this workshop you will learn quick, easy and cost effective delicious dinner options in UNDER 20 minutes or less. Including Asian Peanut Noodles, Middle Eastern Roasted Vegetables with Pomegranate Molasses and Nourishing Green Goddess Soup just to name a few.

23 November - Raw Desserts - $110
6:30pm - 9:00pm

Learn the basics of raw desserts including raw chocolate, basic cheesecake/tart/ball base, lime avocado mousse, lemon curd and chocolate velvet truffles to name a few. Using little to no nuts and without the soaking times cut the negative rap that raw desserts are difficult, expensive and time consuming to make, with all recipes being made in under 20 minutes.
So grab some friends (or yourself) and come and eat our favourite meal of the day with us.

Learn to make easy to prepare, fresh and delicious plant-based salads and dressings for dinners and lunches with a focus on both raw and cooked. Utilizing New Zealand’s seasonal produce going into the spring/summer months.
