Learn to make pre, during and post training that will fuel your body into a better athlete. During this workshop we will be going over pre, during and post training food options with a focus on getting your nutrient needs through food rather than store bought products. This will include plant-based proteins and making protein bars from REAL food rather than using protein powders, homemade electrolyte drinks instead of Powerade, pre-workout granola in place of pre-workout bars just to name a few.
 Plus, gain individualised advice on how you can train more effectively and efficiently.
