From eggplant + tahini falafels, stuffed peppers + turmeric laksa. Too baked bananas with chocolate, peanut butter + caramel sauce. If you’re a person who loves food but never has the time, here’s your chance to get inspired.

We are back with a BRAND NEW Autumn Salads. Learn to make easy to prepare, fresh and delicious plant-based salads and dressings for dinners and lunches with a focus on both raw and cooked. Roasted Aubergine with pomegranate and curried yoghurt. Black garlic, mint and broccoli. Grains with caramelised onions, herb paste and almonds to name a few.
