This is our favourite time to blow people away with just how good plant-based whole food desserts really tastes!
Using little to no nuts and without the soaking times cut the negative rap that healthy desserts are difficult, expensive and time consuming to make, with all recipes being made in under 20 minutes with minimal soaking times . 

Get ready for your perceptions to be changed!! 

When someone says ‘who wants dessert’ this is when a lot of people sip off the whole food lifestyle train. Only left feeling guilty, sick and bloated. 

During this workshop we will be going over our favourite raw and cooked desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth. Leaving you feeling amazing and oh so nourished!! 

All recipes are refined sugar free, gluten free and dairy free.
