PB Chocolate Fudge

The fudge everyone has been waiting for…


1 cup medjool dates, pitted (~12) 
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp cacao powder
4-5 Tbsp water
Sea salt 
6 Tbsp Peanuts, roasted and roughly chopped + 4 Tbsp cacao nibs

Add dates to the blender with the peanut butter, cacao powder and salt. Process well, adding water to assist blending. 

Scoop out mixture and press into a lined baking tray (such as a loaf tin). Top with peanuts and press them into the fudge. Place in freezer to set for at least an hour before removing and chopping into bite sized pieces. 

Optional: top with drizzled melted Bennetto chocolate.
