UberEats becoming all to familiar in your household? During this workshop you will learn quick, easy and cost effective delicious dinner options in UNDER 20 minutes or less. Including Asian Peanut Noodles, Middle Eastern Roasted Vegetables with Pomegranate Molasses and Nourishing Green Goddess Soup just to name a few.

People often have the perception that plant-based food is expensive, time consuming and difficult to make, however in this workshop you will learn how easy and money efficient it can be.  Learn wholesome, easy to prepare meals that any skill level can make. From hearty bean hot pots in 15 minutes, baked kumara with turmeric tahini herb sauce, to on the go breakfast and snack options such as granola bars and PB bircher muesli, this workshop is perfect for students or anyone starting out on a whole foods lifestyle.

Learn to make easy to prepare, fresh and delicious plant-based salads and dressings for dinners and lunches with a focus on both raw and cooked. Utilising New Zealand’s seasonal produce going into the spring/summer months.
