We love working with the seasons, especially with desserts. What’s nicer than sitting in front of the fire with a warm dessert straight out of the oven?!

This is our favourite time to blow people away with just how good plant-based whole food desserts really tastes! A lot of people have a negative perception surrounding ‘healthy’ whole food desserts. That they are expensive to make, difficult, time consuming and taste gross. 

Get ready for your perceptions to be changed!! 

When someone says ‘who wants dessert’ this is when a lot of people sip off the whole food lifestyle train. Only left feeling guilty, sick and bloated. 

During this workshop we will be going over our favourite raw and cooked desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth. Leaving you feeling amazing and oh so nourished!! 

All recipes are refined sugar free, gluten free and dairy free.
We stick to using whole sweeteners which as dates and bananas rather than maple syrup and brown rice malt syrup. Because they have all the nutrients and fibre your body needs to digest them. Meaning they cause less digestive stress on the body.
