Fuel your body into a better athlete. During this workshop we will cover pre, during and post training meal options with a focus on getting your nutrient needs through food rather than store bought products. This will include going over all macronutrient groups (protein, carbohydrates and fats) and how you can utilise them to maximise your training results. Cauliflower bean burgers, sweet potato cakes, lemon lime sports drinks in replacement of powerade. Chocolate chip, chia and mint ice cream for glycogen replenishment, plus many more.
Gain individualised advice on how you can train more effectively and efficiently. 

Tasters from Two Raw Sisters and a recipe book will be included. 

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full credit, cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the class.

  • If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before a class, or a class attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full ticket is non-refundable.
