Fermented foods are becoming more and more popular within the food industry nowadays, due to their high levels of pre and probiotics which are the building blocks for good gut health. However, with a price tag of $15 for a 500ml jar of kimchi, buying fermented foods off the supermarket shelves can be super expensive. 

Come and give your gut and bank account some lovin’ by learning how to make kefir, kombucha, fermented coconut yoghurt and some recipes showing you how to incorporate fermented foods into a meal.

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full credit, cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the class.

  • If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before a class, or a class attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full ticket is non-refundable.
