10 November - Summer Salads - $110

Learn to make easy to prepare, fresh and delicious plant-based salads and dressings for dinners and lunches with a focus on both raw and cooked. Utilising New Zealand’s seasonal produce going into the spring/summer months.

17 November - Summer Eats - $110
1:00pm - 3:30pm

Fresh, light summer meals for all times of day as we head into the warmer months. Recipes like summer health tonics, breakfast smoothie bowls and sweetcorn and avocado salad with lime and chilli salsa to name a few. These plant-based recipes are based around improving overall health and wellbeing,  rejuvenation and weight-loss the right way through increasing your plant consumption. Come and give your body some lovin'.

2 December - Chocolate - $160
6:00pm - 8:30pm
An interactive workshop in collaboration with Bennetto Chocolate. Learn from Lucy herself, the chocolate queen, and the what’s and why’s of tempered chocolate followed by the the basics of tempering chocolate at home with simple or even no equipment.  
Create your very own chocolate bar creations, Christmas truffles with tempered chocolate, raw chocolate chip cookies with caramelised pecans, and how to dip fruits and nuts in tempered chocolate.  What you make you take!
