Learn to make pre, during and post training that will fuel your body into a better athlete. During this workshop we will be going over pre, during and post training food options with a focus on getting your nutrient needs through food rather than store bought products. This will include plant-based proteins and making protein bars from REAL food rather than using protein powders, homemade electrolyte drinks instead of Powerade, pre-workout granola in place of pre-workout bars just to name a few.
Plus, gain individualised advice on how you can train more effectively and efficiently. 

31 August - Raw Essenitals - $110

Learn the essentials of a raw plant-based diet including nut milks, chickpea-free hummus, green tahini dressing, green smoothie and raw granola.
Not just for people on a raw diet this workshop is perfect for anyone who is conscious about what they are putting into their body and/or wanting to start a whole food plant-based lifestyle.

1 September - Entertaining at Home - $110

Got friends/family coming round and stressing about what to cook and how to impress them?
We have you covered with recipes ranging from finger food such as zucchini, lemon, basil + chilli on seeded crackers and kumara, cashew + coriander fritters with tahini coconut yoghurt. Salads including Green freekah with herb paste and caramelised onions and double chocolate hazelnut cheesecake bites for dessert.

2 September - Advanced Raw Essenitals - $110
4:30pm - 7:00pm

For those of you how have nailed raw essentials and looking to advance your raw plant-based culinary techniques and skills.
Learn all about soaking and activating and all its health benefits. We will then use this technique and make raw buckwheat granola and tamari almonds.
Using components to create more complex dishes in terms of different textures in the raw sesame kimchi noodles with almond chilli sauce and tamari almonds and layering flavours making a green curry.
We will go into using plant-based thickeners such as agar agar, to create vanilla panna cotta.

3 September - Seasonal Salads  - $110

Learn to make easy to prepare, fresh and delicious plant-based salads and dressings for dinners and lunches with a focus on both raw and cooked. Utilising New Zealand’s seasonal produce going into the spring/summer months.


29 October - Fermentation - $110

Multiple studies show that if you have any sort of health issue or simply lack in energy you should always start by fixing the gut. Fermented foods are becoming more and more popular within the food industry nowadays due too their high levels of pre and probiotics which are the building blocks for good gut health. However, with a price tag of $15 for a 500ml jar of kimchi buying fermented foods off the supermarket shelves can be an expensive exercise.
Come and give your gut and back account some lovin’ by learning how to make kefir, kombucha, fermented coconut yoghurt and cultured cheeses. Plus, BYO jar to take home your own SCOBY to start your own kombucha!

Including Asian Peanut Noodles, Middle Eastern Roasted Vegetables with Pomegranate Molasses and Nourishing Green Goddess Soup just to name a few.

Learn to prepare easy, yummy, healthy plant-based lunch and snack options to fill the kids lunch-boxes. We will go over organisation and show you how good food preparation, can take the stress out of wondering what to feed the little ones. Meaning going to the supermarket and buying packaged snack and lunches won’t occur.
